Role Description

Demand Generation Interns

As a Demand Generation Intern, you'll learn how to research target audiences, run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, and support the overall demand generation funnel helping our team connect with businesses looking to hire contract, freelance, and fractional engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing

  email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  targeting US-based businesses.
• Conduct research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Leaders, Product Heads, etc.).
• Build and maintain lead lists using CRM and automation tools.
• Support campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and optimize communication workflows.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to craft engaging messaging and creative strategies for outreach.
• Stay updated with the latest B2B marketing and demand generation trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in

  B2B marketing, lead generation, and tech/AI industries

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
