Job Description

Assist in the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and webinars Monitor and manage campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel metrics Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and targeting Maintain and update marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) Support the creation of landing pages, forms, and email templates Track and report on campaign metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, CPL, etc. Help segment audiences and maintain clean data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation or digital marketing Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and analysis Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, and email marketing best practices Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS companies Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Understanding of the marketing funnel and lead lifecycle Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
