This role is essential for managing the demand for SharePoint services, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To ensure seamless coordination between demand generation and service delivery for SharePoint projects, enabling timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes that align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

Experience: 5+Years
  • Demand Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess SharePoint service requirements.
  • Prioritize incoming requests based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability.
  • Maintain a demand pipeline and forecast future needs.
  • Capture, register, and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Delivery Coordination
  • Develop and manage delivery schedules for SharePoint projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
  • Project Oversight
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
  • Facilitate post-delivery reviews and implement lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the SharePoint delivery team.
  • Communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies clearly and effectively.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and remove delivery blockers.
  • Document Control: Maintain structured document libraries with proper metadata, versioning, and access control.
  • Lifecycle Management: Monitor the full lifecycle of each request from submission to completion ensuring timely progress.
  • Approval & Validation: Ensure all required approvals are obtained and that deliverables meet defined quality standards before closure.
  • Billing Oversight: Track billable items, validate billing data, and coordinate with finance teams for accurate invoicing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate dashboards and reports to support transparency and decision-making.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce adherence to internal policies, including data retention, access rights, and audit readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and user experience within the SharePoint ecosystem.
