As a Project Manager at WarpDrive Tech Works, you will be responsible for leading and driving Salesforce projects from inception to completion. Your role will require a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in IT project management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - Providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the project team to foster a positive and productive working environment. - Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their Salesforce knowledge and skills. - Proactively identifying project risks and challenges, and developing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery. - Conducting a thorough analysis of project requirements to anticipate and address potential issues. - Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Communicating project status, updates, and potential impacts to stakeholders clearly and effectively. - Conducting regular quality assessments to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet established standards and best practices. - Implementing improvements and refinements as needed to optimize system performance. - Staying informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions. Qualifications for this role include: - Coordinating resources for flawless project execution. - Ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget project delivery. - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Ensuring resource availability and allocation. - Developing a detailed project plan to track progress. - Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. - Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Reporting and escalating to management as needed. - Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Performing risk management to minimize project risks. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Requirements and Skills: - A great educational background in computer science or engineering for technical project managers. - Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. - Hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects on cloud platforms. - Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. - Good to have knowledge of data protection and Consent Management process in CRM.
