Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Rider to deliver packages, documents, and/or goods safely and on time to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt delivery while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, or goods to designated locations.
Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact details.
Collect payments or obtain signatures where required.
Handle parcels with care and ensure items are not damaged during transit.
Maintain delivery records, logs, and receipts.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid motorcycle driving license.
Proven experience as a Rider, Delivery Driver, or similar role (preferred).
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Physically fit and able to handle long hours of riding.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Other Requirements:

Must own a smartphone (if deliveries are app-based).
Must have a clean driving record.
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
