Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Partner located in Mumbai. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records, managing packages, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling logistics equipment as needed, following safety protocols, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism when interacting with clients and customers.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and resolving customer queries.
Knowledge of Forklift Operation and other relevant logistics equipment is preferred.
Ability to provide Training to team members and support operational efficiency.
Experience in Sales to identify opportunities for value-added services and improve client relationships.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus for managing specialized deliveries.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle packages responsibly.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
