What would you do? Commercial Fulfillment lead is responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of commercial loan onboarding, documentation verification, and system setup in alignment with credit approval and compliance standards. This role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of commercial lending transactions, including loan booking, funding, and post-booking quality checks, to support the smooth execution of lending operations across middle and back-office functionsDevelop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? 1. Commercial Fulfillment & Documentation?¢ Review and validate credit approval packages, legal documents, and loan terms prior to setup and booking.?¢ Collaborate with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal teams to resolve documentation gaps and discrepancies.2. Deal Setup & Data Management?¢ Accurately input and verify deal structures, loan details, and collateral information into the loan origination and servicing systems (e.g., AFS, Loan IQ, nCino, or equivalent).?¢ Validate system entries against legal documentation, term sheets, and credit memos3. Loan Booking & Funding?¢ Execute loan booking activities including drawdowns, renewals, modifications, and payoffs.?¢ Validate funding instructions and ensure alignment with treasury and disbursement controls.4. Compliance & Quality Control?¢ Ensure all bookings comply with internal policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements (FDIC, OCC, SOX, etc.).?¢ Support internal audits and respond to control testing requests.5. Stakeholder Coordination & Support?¢ Serve as the operational point of contact for Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Credit Administration teams.?¢Account Reconciliations?¢Banking?¢Financial Services?¢Investment Banking?¢Adaptable and flexible?¢Written and verbal communication?¢Commitment to quality?¢Problem-solving skills?¢Provide strategic and operational leadership to fulfillment servicing teams covering bilateral, agented, and participated loans.?¢Manage end-to-end loan servicing lifecycle:onboarding, funding, payment processing, rate resets, amendments, and paydowns.?¢Partner with technology and transformation teams to automate servicing workflows and eliminate manual touchpoints.?¢Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; report performance to senior management.?¢Drive training, resource planning, and succession management for team continuity.?¢Liaise with audit, compliance, and risk functions during internal and external reviews.?¢Serve as escalation point for complex loan servicing and client issues.?¢Support operational readiness for new product launches, regulatory changes, and system migrations.
