Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand project requirements and resource needs.
Maintain a comprehensive view of the skills, availability, and preferences of consulting professionals.
Schedule and allocate resources to projects based on client needs and resource availability.
Ensure the efficient and balanced utilization of our consulting team to achieve our purpose and core values.
Monitor and adjust resource allocation to meet changing project demands.
Track and report on resource utilization, optimizing our impact on clients and communities.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment that supports our people and their professional growth, reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations, Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Proactive attitude, adaptability to change, and continuous improvement mindset
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Results-oriented and proactive problem solver
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
