Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients during their business hours.
• Build trust-based relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  

Delivery Oversight

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively resolving risks and escalations.
• Ensure alignment between US client expectations and India delivery execution.
  

Team & Coordination

• Collaborate closely with India-based delivery teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines.
• Mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  

Account Management

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
• Identify opportunities for additional value delivery and work with internal teams to execute.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years - 15 years

  of experience in delivery management, with strong exposure to US clients and product delivery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  able to influence, build rapport, and manage expectations across cultures.
• Proven expertise in client engagement, delivery oversight, and account retention.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• MBA qualification (mandatory)
