Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients during their business hours. Build trust-based relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication. Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans. Delivery Oversight Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively resolving risks and escalations. Ensure alignment between US client expectations and India delivery execution. Team & Coordination Collaborate closely with India-based delivery teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines. Mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Account Management Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth. Identify opportunities for additional value delivery and work with internal teams to execute. Key Skills & Qualifications 10 years - 15 years of experience in delivery management, with strong exposure to US clients and product delivery. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills able to influence, build rapport, and manage expectations across cultures. Proven expertise in client engagement, delivery oversight, and account retention. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). MBA qualification (mandatory) . Willingness to work night shift (US time zone) .

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and familiarity with any AI video editing and video generation tools is a plus. Fully understand filming (video and photo) composition, lighting, and framing to ensure the best-looking image for the target video. The ability to shoot LOG formats and color grading is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration and idea presentation. The ability to take constructive feedback is key. Multitasking is a requirement: content creation, editing, and analytic review and reporting weekly of each of the platforms, and the content posted is key to the success of this position. Bachelor's degree in film, video production, media, or a related field (preferred, not required). A portfolio with recent and various examples of your work is required. Examples of videos: Social media and short-form content that has been edited (for length, music, special effects, transitions, and more); this content should be visually appealing, most importantly, tell a story, and demonstrate that you understand and can deliver on the key requirements for this position. Any long-form videos that demonstrate your creativity, ability to tell a story, and the ability to frame and film visually compelling content. Any content that demonstrates your ability to color grade or use LUTs to achieve a look that frames the story being told, if applicable.
