Job Description

Net Delivery Manager will implement, manage, support web-based applications supporting Dental Network

Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB and Cactus. This person will be
responsible for leading the offshore technical team and developing applications, making enhancements, andengaging with the onshore technology teams.The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:

Expertise in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, .Net core, Restful API, WCF, MVC, MSSQL
Oracle SQL server
jQuery, JavaScript
CI/CD
Jenkins
Service Now
JIRA
Confluence
React & Angular (basics)
Launchpad
AWS services (basics)
Swagger
PostgreSQL
Hive & Presto

Resource needs to have hands on experience building and consuming Restful API Services, create queries, storedprocedures, and packages for relational database management systems.Resource needs to have detailed knowledge of design patterns, architecture connecting multiple applicationsthrough Restful API services.Resource needs to have the experience of working in an onshore/offshore model and have the proven ability todeliver.Resource will be the expert and go to individual for web and mobile application implementations.Needs to actively lead technical teams and participate in PI planning events.Help manage risks and dependencies including escalating impediments.Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practicesManage existing and new software vendor relationships to comply with Guardian Security policiesProvide technical guidance and mentoring for less experienced team members.
