Job Description

Principal Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage the entire software delivery process, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, Resource Planning and Allocation: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to allocate resources appropriately, ensuring optimal utilization and team productivity, Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, product owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively developing contingency plans to address potential issues that may impact project delivery, Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance software delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, driving efficiency, scalability, and quality improvements, Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, Collaboration and Coordination: Foster effective collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of activities and timely resolution of dependencies or conflicts, Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance practices and standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and project management, applying relevant knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team, Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar role, successfully managing the delivery of software projects, Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and their practical application in project delivery, Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, Proficient in project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, Solid understanding of software quality assurance processes and practices, Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, Relevant certifications (e-g, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, etc) are a plus, Industry Investment Management Financial Services
