Experience: 8+ years in technical recruitment with focus on Embedded Systems / Semiconductor industryKey Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for embedded systems, semiconductor, and VLSI requirements across multiple clients.

• Manage and lead a team of recruiters, ensuring timely fulfillment of technical positions while maintaining quality of hires.

• Understand complex technical skill sets such as firmware, embedded software, ASIC/FPGA design, verification, physical design, analog/mixed-signal, SoC, etc.

• Collaborate with client account managers and delivery heads to understand hiring projections, set priorities, and allocate demand effectively.

• Drive sourcing strategy through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and market mapping.

• Track and monitor delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and quality benchmarks.

• Coach, train, and motivate the team to improve productivity and domain understanding.

• Interface with clients for recruitment updates, escalations, and strategic workforce planning discussions.

• Maintain

  candidate pipelines, recruitment dashboards, and weekly reporting metrics.

• Support

  process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce hiring turnaround time.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in

  technical hiring for

  Embedded, Semiconductor, and Product Engineering domains.

• Proven ability to

  lead and manage recruiter teams (on-roll/off-roll or vendor partners).

• Expertise in

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

• Excellent

  stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience in

  managing large-scale project-based or volume hiring in product or R&D environments.

• Ability to

  work under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech

• Experience working with

  global semiconductor or embedded product companies.

• Prior experience in

  recruitment delivery leadership roles in technical staffing firms or captive centers.
