Job Description

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large and complex projects by utilizing appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to effectively manage scope and risk. Your primary focus will be on driving profitability and continued success through managing service quality, cost, and leading delivery efforts. It will be crucial for you to measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Your role will require you to possess expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) as a must-have skill. Having a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in this field is essential. Educational qualification of 15 years of full-time education is also a requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance. - Make critical team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Offer solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
