Delivery Head - ServiceNow

As a Delivery Head - ServiceNow, your primary role will be to drive growth and profitability of the ServiceNow practice. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies and solutions for SNOW engagements, designing solutions and pre-sales proposals for Business Service Management deals, forecasting revenue, budgeting, and managing costs. It will also be your responsibility to ensure the delivery of support at the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with support SLAs. In this role, you will be expected to meet technical services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-set, monitor customer project progress to maximize customer satisfaction, build knowledge bases and best practices to ensure the success of technical services delivery, and build customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellence. The ideal candidate for this position should have 14-20 years of experience and expertise in solutioning, presales, delivery, and capability building. While network knowledge and experience are preferred, they are not mandatory. Experience across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and multiple modules in SNOW, as well as implementation experience in SNOW, are highly desirable qualities.,
