Delivery Head - Data & AI

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Project and Delivery Management:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects.
• Manage large teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and P&L accountability.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies for operational efficiency.

2) Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct business reviews and ensure high client satisfaction.

3) Management Consulting:

• Provide expert consulting to Banking and Finance clients.
• Assist in business process transformation, IT strategy, and digital initiatives.
• Lead analysis, problem-solving, and innovation opportunities.

4) Sales and Business Development:

• Lead solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
• Participate in RFP responses and create winning proposals.

5) P&L Management:

• Own and manage a multi-million USD portfolio.
• Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
• Monitor and control project budgets while maintaining delivery quality.

6) Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
• Foster a high-performance culture through learning, development, and engagement.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation.

7) Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Data Analytics, AI / Generative AI, and IT delivery management.
• Proven experience in consulting and client advisory within Banking and Finance.
• Hands-on P&L management of multi-million USD portfolios.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, and solutioning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to drive process improvements and innovation.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
