Job Description

Job Role: We are looking for a responsible and organized Delivery Executive to handle the end-to-end delivery of medical devices to hospitals and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, invoice submission, and payment follow-ups, while maintaining close communication with our head office in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Safely deliver medical devices to hospitals and healthcare institutions as per the delivery schedule Submit invoices and collect acknowledgement or delivery receipts from hospital authorities Follow up with hospital accounts departments for pending payments and update the head office regularly Maintain and manage all delivery-related documents including gate passes, GRNs, and challans Ensure accurate documentation and submission of delivery and payment follow-up reports Maintain regular contact with the head office in Pune for delivery instructions, updates, and reporting Handle urgent or time-sensitive deliveries with efficiency and professionalism Assist in minor on-site coordination if required (e.g., during implant or emergency requirements) Take care of the inventory carried and ensure devices are handled safely and securely Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate Proven experience in logistics, courier, or medical device delivery is preferred Familiarity with hospital protocols and documentation processes is an advantage Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi; basic English is a plus) Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license Punctual, reliable, and willing to travel within city or region 2 wheeler is a must. Basic smartphone proficiency and documentation
