The Opportunity: Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to Delivery Executive role. Leader, who is accountable for End-to-End delivery for the Automotive sector with domain experience in managing global auto majors Client Relationship Management: Client engagement, drive conversation with client IT leaderships & business, Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and operations to deliver seamless solutions for clients Driving innovation and transformational agenda internally and within client organizations Program oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets Process Improvement: Establish Refine process improvement, Productivity Improvement, Agile model of working Operational Management: Financial Management, Forecasting and Driving Margin Improvement programs Experience in handling India based client stakeholders for large global conglomerates Support presales for account growth, reviewing new deals Contract Management, writing SOWs, Quality Management and proactive Risk Management Client Commitment: Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome and deliver as per contractual commitments Technology Expertise: Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations across technology stacks to provide strategic guidance to clients The successful candidate will be accountable for not limited to below KPIs: Revenue growth in existing clients/ accounts Drive new deal/ business closures Margin improvement in existing engagements Stable delivery Implementation of ongoing innovations and transformational agenda High score on customer feedback (OTACE) Our Ideal Candidate: He/She/They will have 20-25 years of experience with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A bachelors degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred. This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include: Proven expertise in managing large clients in domestic market in Automotive Manufacturing domain Should have strong exposure to any one the ERP products or CSPs or Emerging Digital technologies Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies Ability to manage multiple high-profile programs in parallel Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
