Delivery Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Program Delivery & Operations

Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs in partnership with universities or institutes.

Coordinate with faculty, academic coordinators, and operations teams to ensure smooth session execution.

Manage program schedules, calendars, and learning management systems (LMS) for timely delivery of content.

Ensure adherence to academic timelines, evaluation processes, and certification requirements.

Handle logistics for live sessions, workshops, assessments, and immersions.

2. Learner Experience & Suppor

Serve as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the program.

Monitor learner participation, attendance, and academic progress through LMS reports.

Address learner queries, escalations, and grievances promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Conduct learner orientation sessions and ensure effective onboarding.

Collaborate with academic mentors to enhance learner engagement and retention.

3. Faculty & Partner Coordination

Liaise with faculty members, subject matter experts, and institutional partners for session planning and content alignment.

Ensure timely faculty onboarding, scheduling, and payments.

Communicate academic and operational updates between internal teams and university partners.

4. Process Management & Quality Assurance

Ensure all program processes align with academic and compliance standards.

Monitor delivery quality and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Track performance metrics like NPS, learner satisfaction, completion rates, and faculty feedback.

Document processes and contribute to SOP creation and improvement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams for pre-launch and post-launch activities.

Support Finance in learner fee tracking, refunds, and invoicing as per institutional policies.

Work with Product and Tech teams to enhance LMS functionality and learner experience.
