✓ 48-hour pre-delivery alerts (via call) ✓ Same-day reminders 4. On-Site Delivery Management
✓ Panel orientation (avoid glass stress)
✓ Dry storage (tarpaulin coverage)
5. Documentation & Reporting
✓ Vendor (for replacements)
6. Reverse Logistics
