Your Role and Responsibilities
Translate business and functional requirements into a technical solution design to meet business goals within scope of Apptio products/services. Work with customers to extract data from source systems usingcloud-based integration solutions . Work closely with customer and internal team to ensure integration activities are aligned with scope, schedule and priority. Good experience with Cloud-based services implementing solution for AWS, Azure or GCP (Cloud certifications a plus- AWS /Azure /GCP) Collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely fashion. Familiarity in enabling the federated authentication utilizing protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC Comfortable working with REST APIs using Postman Work within a team to establish the best practices for integration of applications. Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback into future releases of the Apptio product suite Provide customer with end-user training and operational documentation to maintain the implemented integrations.
Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Finance or equivalent experience General understanding of Traditional, Cloud and Hybrid IT architectures including servers, storage, databases, virtualization and applications Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues 3+ years of experience working with web applications, RESTful APIs and standard authentication/authorization methods. Prefer exposure to Cloud Service Providers like AWS, Azure, GCP Basic data analytic skills and familiarity with tools (e.g. Excel, HTML, SQL, Business Objects) Preferexperience working with ERP, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management tools such as SAP, VMware, ServiceNow, Workday Financials Prefer exposure to Enterprise Application Integration or ETL tools such as Dell Boomi (Informatica, TIBCO, MuleSoft, Oracle Cloud)

Strong skills in data analysis, transformation, and problem solving Knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
