Delivery Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in platform setup and configuration based on client requirements.
• Prepare and execute QA test scripts and document test results.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops with customers by capturing feedback and issues.
• Maintain documentation for delivery playbooks, process flows, and testing.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure project readiness.
• Gain exposure to logistics and supply chain domain and SaaS product rollouts.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA (or pursuing final year) with strong academic performance.
• Basic understanding of software testing, QA, or platform configuration.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
