Delivery Boy

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner.

• Load, unload, prepare, and operate a delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van).

• Verify delivery information, such as names, addresses, and contact numbers.

• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate records of deliveries.

• Follow all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

• Coordinate with dispatchers and report any delivery issues immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th grade education (preferred).

• Valid driving license (two-wheeler or LMV, depending on vehicle type).

• Two-wheeler (if not provided by the company).

• Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift packages if needed.

• Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
