Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: · Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly attitude. · Take and confirm orders accurately in person or over the phone/Whatsapp and maintain customer data of all inquiries and Broadcast promotional messages regularly through official whatsapp number. · Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation/Proper noting of KOT and updating the POS billing in petpooja. All bills should be entered properly · Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly. · Maintain cleanliness and order in the customer area. Delivery: · Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. · Handle delivery documentation and payments collection without error. · Maintain hygiene and company standards while delivering. · Follow designated routes and delivery schedules. Candidate Requirements: · Experience: Freshers or 1+ year experience in customer service/delivery preferred. · Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. · Smart, polite, and customer-focused personality. · Basic understanding of delivery apps and mobile usage. · Must have a valid driving license (if using personal two-wheeler for delivery). · Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
