We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in Biryani and Multi-Cuisine dishes (including Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, Continental, and Tandoor) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over traditional and contemporary cooking techniques and be capable of leading a kitchen team during service hours. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes including various types of Biryani and multi-cuisine offerings. · Develop, innovate, and standardize recipes while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. · Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI norms. · Manage inventory, ensure timely ordering, and minimize wastage. · Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations. · Train junior kitchen staff on recipes, plating, and kitchen procedures. · Control food cost and ensure efficient use of raw materials. · Participate in menu planning and special promotions/events. Requirements: · Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a chef specializing in Biryani and Multi-Cuisine dishes. · Strong knowledge of Indian spices, culinary techniques, and food safety standards. · Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Should be innovative, punctual, and a good team player. · Must maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
