We are looking for a hands-on individual with a culinary foundation and a passion for exceptional service.Role SummaryThe Junior Culinary & Hospitality Associate is a key support position responsible for the day-to-day execution of all culinary and service activities at The Time Table. This role requires someone who is eager to apply their foundational culinary skills to ensure all refreshments and Grazing table offerings are prepared and presented perfectly, while actively contributing to a professional, welcoming atmosphere for our members.Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Preparation & Quality Execution• Refreshment Preparation: Execute the daily preparation of high-quality café refreshments (e.g., light snacks, baked goods, specialized beverages) according to established recipes and presentation standards.• Grazing Table Support: Assist the lead in the detailed preparation, assembly, wrapping, and transportation of components for The Grazing Table catering services.• Inventory & Stock: Assist with receiving orders, performing stock checks, organizing storage areas, and ensuring optimal kitchen cleanliness and organization.• Hygiene Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization across the kitchen, café counters, and food service areas, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.Hospitality & Member Support• Front-of-House Presence: Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive presence in the time café, actively greeting members and ensuring the workspace is clean and welcoming.• Event Support: Provide hands-on culinary and service support for professional events and workshops hosted at The Time Table.• Ambience Maintenance: Ensure the aesthetic presentation of all public and service areas reflects the company's commitment to high design and elegance.Qualifications & Skills• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, catering, or high-end hospitality environment .• Culinary Foundation: Basic understanding of knife skills, food preparation techniques, and ingredient handling.• Service Attitude: A genuine passion for premium hospitality and providing excellent customer service.• Work Ethic: Highly reliable, organized, and motivated to learn and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (for stock and catering setup).Why Join The Time Table?This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary junior to gain broad experience in both innovative café operations and high-end catering.
