As a Chef at The Bay Club, managed by the Oberoi Group, located in the Maker Maxity, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, you will be responsible for planning and preparing a variety of dishes. Your role will involve ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing kitchen staff, sourcing ingredients, and maintaining kitchen inventory. By collaborating with the food and beverage team, you will create and update menus to guarantee customer satisfaction through the quality and presentation of meals.
