Deli Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Deli Supervisor at junction 13, your main purpose will be to ensure the Deli Department operates efficiently and effectively, providing customers with excellent quality products and services. You will actively live Centra brand-values and be a customer-focused manager who can build a quality and loyal customer base. Your role will involve preparing the presentation and layout of the deli serve over, implementing planograms correctly, minimizing waste and shrink, and bringing new ideas for fresh food innovation through regular research and benchmarking.
