Deli Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Centra, in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising delis and managing daily operations.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and manage deli staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality products.


• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.


• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.


• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.


• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Deli Supervisor or similar role in the FMCG industry.


• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with inventory management software and sales analysis tools.
