This is a Sales Management role that requires you to run and manage DCs International client campaigns. Our clients include some of the biggest business conference/exhibition organizers worldwide and top vendors/sellers of various solutions.

Campaign objectives include booking sponsors, exhibitors, paid delegates for conferences & training, lead generation activities for vendors globally, including recruiting qualified attendees for Webinars, Round tables, and Inside sales/appointment settings.

You will be responsible for maximizing your sales teams potential, crafting plans and processes to achieve the campaign results, and justifying those to the management and client. You must have a proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing sales talent with a drive to contribute individual results as required.

Skills, experience and attitude required:

Confidence, with an excellent command over English good communicator
Proactive and self-driven to work through sales related challenges
Work independently when necessary, as well as manage a team
Commercially driven and hungry for a successful career in sales
Target driven, ambitious and eager to coach, mentor, learn and develop, both self and team
Apply logic and common sense to address queries and concerns
Engage and communicate with C-Suite and senior job titles across industries
