Role Overview:
This role focuses on driving paid delegation for Retail Media conferences and knowledge forums. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B delegate acquisition and strong communication capability to engage senior-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate delegate revenue through strategic outreach and conversion of industry professionals across Retail, F&B, Fashion, Beauty, Franchise, and E-commerce sectors.
• Clearly communicate event agendas, speaker profiles, session highlights, and key value propositions to potential delegates.
• Conduct structured outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and industry databases to maximise conversions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and event-specific targets with consistency and discipline.
• Ensure high delegate experience by managing pre-event communication and coordinating with on-ground teams.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene, proper documentation, and accurate performance reporting.
