Drive store-level GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and revenue targets.
Ensure productivity and performance of store staff; store staff will directly report to the Sales Officer.
Engage with customers to maximize conversions.
Plan and execute on-ground demand generation activities.
Maintain a customer index and track customer satisfaction.
Maintain and monitor Dealer Health Cards; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Ensure smooth servicing and follow-ups for sales and material requirements.
Oversee implementation of operational guidelines for store teams.
Ensure effective use of digital platforms to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Recruit, train, and groom store teams in coordination with the central training team.
Foster a culture of high performance, customer centricity, and compliance.
Strong ability to manage multiple customers and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
