Your role will involve harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver hypothesis-driven analysis to investigate key business issues related to Barclays customers, markets, products, and channels. - Use insights to drive the wider Retail and Business Banks agenda to create value for customers, colleagues, the community, and the company. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in creating business models, both financial and consumer behavioral. - Experience in using innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities. - Experience programming in SQL, with additional knowledge in computer languages such as SAS, R, or Python being desirable. - Highly valued skills may include experience in statistical analysis techniques, creating customer segmentation models, and practical knowledge of data warehouse and MI environments and practices. The purpose of your role will be to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, develop robust decision models, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments. **Accountabilities:** - Identify and extract relevant data from various internal and external sources. - Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing models. - Develop and implement data quality control procedures. - Build and validate quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
