Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Decipher Survey Programmer, located in Mumbai. The Senior Survey Programmer will be responsible for developing and programming questionnaires in Decipher, managing data processing tasks, and supporting market research projects. This role includes designing and testing surveys, ensuring data quality, debugging, and providing technical support to project teams. Collaboration with researchers and analysts to ensure efficient survey execution is also essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research and developing Questionnaires
• Proficiency in Programming and basic Data Processing
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure data quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Market Research, or related field
• 5+ years of Experience with Decipher
• Willing to work out of Mumbai office (3 days per week)
