Decipher Survey Programmer (Senior level)

You will be joining TUSK Research, a company dedicated to empowering businesses with AI-driven solutions for optimizing market research operations. As a Senior Decipher Survey Programmer based in Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include developing and programming questionnaires in Decipher, overseeing data processing tasks, and supporting various market research projects. Your role will involve designing and testing surveys, maintaining data quality, debugging, and providing technical assistance to project teams. Effective collaboration with researchers and analysts to ensure smooth survey execution will be a key aspect of your job. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Market Research and questionnaire development, proficiency in programming and basic data processing, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail for ensuring data quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Market Research, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Decipher. Additionally, you should be willing to work out of the Mumbai office for at least 3 days a week to fulfill the job requirements effectively.,
