As a highly skilled and experienced professional, your role at Vsure will involve leading debt syndication activities. Your responsibilities will include: - **Debt Syndication:** Managing the end-to-end process of debt syndication, which includes preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions. - **Liaisoning:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals. - **Documentation:** Ensuring thorough preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking and regulatory requirements. - **Market Insights:** Staying updated on financial products, interest rate trends, and lending policies to provide strategic advice on borrowing strategies. - **Collaboration:** Working closely with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, projections, and other documents required for loan proposals. - **Network Expansion:** Continuously expanding the network of banking relationships to access diverse financing options. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking. - Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and liaising with banks and financial institutions. - In-depth knowledge of loan structures, financial documentation, and compliance requirements. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and financial modelling abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A robust network of contacts within the banking and financial services industry.
