Position: Debt Recovery Caller
Experience: 1–2 years in recovery calling
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Caller to join our team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

· Contacting Debtors: Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts and follow up on payment status.

· Negotiating Payment Plans: Discuss and agree on repayment terms, including structured or partial payments.

· Customer Handling: Address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and handle complaints with patience and professionalism.

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer information in the database, and prepare regular collection reports.

· Compliance: Ensure all recovery activities are in line with company policies and relevant debt collection regulations.

· Escalations: Report problematic accounts or difficult debtors to senior officials for further action.

Required Skills & Competencies

· 1–2 years of prior experience in debt recovery / collection calling.

· Proven track record of meeting recovery targets will be an advantage.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and resolve.

· Customer service orientation with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

· Problem-solving ability to manage disputes and find workable repayment solutions.

· Basic computer proficiency for using recovery tools and updating databases.

· Knowledge of debt collection laws and ethical practices.
