Debt collection Manager

Job Description

· Handling Team for filed and Tele - caller Debt Recovery or collection of B2B. (Dealer & Distributer) · Collaborate with the Filed staff and Tele caller teams to address customer issues if require. · Monitor the Team to make sure they handle grievance professionally about the due invoice during visit and make the payment. · Coordinate with Clients and our Back office team to resolve billing and payment discrepancies if any. · Reporting to the manager about the collection report on daily basis. · Work closely with the legal department on collection-related matters. · Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt. · Train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the workload. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all the team members. Responsible for achieving the business goals. Responsible for handling all the key clients. Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals. · Create MIS of every lender and share the same with Clients after every bimestrial. · Reviews Collection Reports. · Download team dashboard and map it with Total Allocation. · Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient. · Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy. · Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with team. · Call every High propriety cases and assign employees accordingly. (if need) · Resolve the Queries of Customers and convince them for collections. (if need) · Assign cases to all Tele-callers as per Count so that the callers can directly follow the cases.
