Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Debit Card Verification Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves verifying customer details, processing debit card requests, ensuring compliance with banking guidelines, and delivering a smooth customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct debit card verification calls with customers as per company and banking protocols. Authenticate customer information and ensure accuracy of KYC and card-related details. Process customer requests related to new debit cards, replacements, and activation. Maintain detailed and accurate records of verification outcomes. Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and process updates. Meet daily/weekly targets and adhere to compliance and quality standards. Provide timely updates in CRM or internal systems. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Prior BPO/Customer Service experience is an advantage. Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language as needed). Basic computer literacy and typing skills. Ability to follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines. Attention to detail, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Shift DetailsDay Shift (Fixed) Weekend offs may vary as per company policy.
