Job description We are looking candidates for the position of "Dean" for our Mumbai campus based at Andheri East. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Role & responsibilities Academic leadership Deans will lead the educational, research, and scholarly activities of the college. Strategic planning & P/L Deans are responsible for developing and implementing the college's vision and goals, and for ensuring that the college's goals align with the university's strategic plan. He will be responsible for profit and loss of the college. Student handling Deans have to handle students, and create initiatives to increase the diversity of the student body. Act as an examination controller and evaluator. Getting the periodic workshops arranged and seminars done in the college campus. He will handle any grievances or disputes between students, faculty and university. Will represent management for handling all situations or relations with students, faculty and university. Placements & marketing Overseeing placements of students and looking after all marketing activities. University relations Will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation standards of university, and for establishing and maintaining relations with the associated university. Faculty management and staff support Help in faculty hiring, supervise, evaluate, and support departments and college, and may review their policies, procedures, and recommendations. Preferred candidate profile PHD./ Doctorate in management with minimum 20 years of experience on senior positions in the college like Dean/ Director/Vice President/ President etc. Excellent communication skills Leadership qualities Relevant experience of campus administration Good relations with universities, colleges and government officials. Minimum age criteria is 50 years. Immediate joiner will be preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
