About the Institution :

Dean Applied and Pure Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and administrative leadership across the School of Applied and Pure Sciences.
Foster excellence in teaching, research, and innovation.
Guide faculty recruitment, development, and mentoring.
Strengthen linkages with industry, research bodies, and media houses for enhanced visibility.
Promote collaborations with national and international academic and research institutions.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks while driving quality enhancement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in higher education.
At least one Ph.D. scholar successfully awarded under supervision.
A minimum of 12 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-recognized journals.
Prior experience of working in a private university in a senior leadership role (Dean / Professor) is preferred.
Strong exposure or linkage with national-level media houses will be an added advantage.
Exceptional candidates with demonstrated leadership and recognition as an “A-category” performer may be considered with relaxation in criteria.
