About the Institution:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the School of Applied and Pure Sciences.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and academic standards while fostering innovation in curriculum design and delivery.
Promote high-quality research, publications, and collaborative projects.
Mentor faculty members and guide research scholars in advancing their academic and professional pursuits.
Build strong external linkages with academia, industry, and national-level media houses for visibility and impact.
Contribute to institution-wide strategic planning and governance initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria (as per UGC norms & institutional requirements):

A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
At least 1 Ph.D. scholar awarded under supervision.
A minimum of 12 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Prior experience as Dean/Professor in a private university is preferred.
Candidates with strong exposure/linkages to national-level media houses or recognized as A-category performers will be given preference.
UGC criteria regarding publications and Ph.D. guidance will apply, though may be relaxed in exceptional
