We are seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader to serve as the Dean of the School of Journalism & Mass Communication at AAFT. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in media education, research, and industry collaboration, with the ability to lead curriculum development, drive academic excellence, and mentor faculty and students. As Dean, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the school, fostering partnerships with media organizations, overseeing faculty recruitment and development, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. A dynamic communicator and thought leader, you will play a key role in enhancing AAFTs national and international reputation in the field of media and communication.
