Job Role: Sr. Executive Deals & Promotion Coordinator Department: E-commerce Operations Location: Thane, Maharashtra. Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days.. Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deals & Promotion Coordinator to manage and support backend execution of promotional campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating working files, submitting deals, updating pricing, maintaining trackers, and evaluating performance. This role also involves continuous market research and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Promotion & Deals Coordination - Create and maintain working files for scheduled deals and promotional campaigns. - Participate in backend submissions for Amazon and other marketplaces to enroll products in deals and offers. - Coordinate with category, pricing, marketing, and operations teams to align on promotional strategies and product eligibility. - Track live deals and ensure listings are compliant and reflect correct pricing and content. Pricing & Tracker Management - Manage price and promotion trackers to ensure all updates are accurate and timely. - Perform regular price checks and updates on various e-commerce portals. - Maintain a centralized log of deal submissions, approvals, and go-live statuses. - Work with pricing teams to suggest discount structures based on performance data. Performance Review & Optimization - Review and analyze deal performance including traffic, conversions, and ROI. - Share insights and recommendations for optimizing future deals and pricing strategies. - Coordinate with analytics teams to pull data reports and performance snapshots. Market Research & Intelligence - Stay updated with new features, trends, and updates related to deals and pricing strategies across Amazon and other US marketplaces. - Monitor competitor deals, flash sales, lightning deals, and pricing tactics. - Propose new deal ideas or promotional formats based on marketplace research. Qualifications & Skills: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in e-commerce coordination, deals, or promotional operations. - Strong Excel skills for managing large datasets and trackers. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. - Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination. - High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and submissions. Preferred: - Experience with Amazon Seller Central, promotions, and Lightning Deals. - Familiarity with tools for price tracking, business reports, or deal management. - Understanding of the US e-commerce market dynamics.
