Job Description

As an Application Debt and Automation Analyst, your role will involve designing solutions that align with the latest industry trends in automation. You will be expected to be a thought leader, problem solver, and innovator in the automation space. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Solution Architects and BD Team to define the scope for GSA SS team from customer RFP/RFI/RFS - Analyze large volumes of Application Ticket data to identify Automation and Elimination Opportunities, and calculate potential effort savings - Conduct deep dive ticket analysis to generate insights from the ticket data - Estimate overall AMS Team size and Day 1 FTE - Work with Enterprise Automation Team to develop winning Automation Solutions for customers, including Resource Load (RL), Bill of Material (BOM), and Implementation Roadmap - Participate in deal review calls with pursuit stakeholders on the deliverables and solutions created by GSA SS Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Industry Experience in IT with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ticket Data analysis and Identifying Automation use cases - Up-to-date knowledge of automation technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA / ITPA - Familiarity with ITSM tools, SLA, Estimation & Productivity - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams - Exposure to solution architecture and strong knowledge of business processes, IT systems, and trending technologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive thinking - Experience with analytics and visualization tools like Power BI & Dashboards - Proficiency in Excel and PPT is a must, along with knowledge of ITIL. Certification in ITIL preferred - Certifications on Automation platforms are beneficial - Hands-on experience in Estimation, Pricing & Resource Loading This job is based in Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.,
