A Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a training center, ensuring compliance with DDU-GKY's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and achieving program objectives. Key skills include people management, leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to manage daily activities, ensure training quality, and facilitate the successful placement and retention of trainees

1. **Project Management:** Ability to plan, execute, and monitor training and placement programs as per DDU-GKY guidelines.

2. **Team Leadership:** Manage trainers, mobilizers, and placement officers effectively.

3. **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders, government officials, and trainees.

4. **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain MIS, daily reports, attendance, and project compliance records accurately.

5. **Training Operations Management:** Oversee classroom activities, ensure quality training delivery, and handle infrastructure and logistics.

6. **Placement Coordination:** Build relationships with employers and ensure successful placements of trained candidates.

7. **Problem Solving:** Handle operational issues, grievances, and ensure smooth functioning of the center.

8. **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Track progress, ensure adherence to project KPIs, and conduct internal audits.

9. **Knowledge of DDU-GKY Guidelines:** Familiarity with SOPs, norms, and compliance standards.

10. **Computer Proficiency:** Skilled in MS Office, Excel, and MIS portals.

11. **Motivational & Interpersonal Skills:** Encourage trainees, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.

12. **Financial & Administrative Skills:** Manage budgets, resources, and coordinate with head office and funding agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
