Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Divisional Control Office (DCO) team in Mumbai, India, responsible for ensuring high levels of integrity within the division. Your main role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a risk culture to establish a strong and sustainable business control environment while minimizing risks from non-financial factors. Specifically, you will focus on supporting Corporate Bank (CB) by overseeing the Risk & Control Assessments (RCA) with a key emphasis on Information Security (IS) / Information Technology (IT) risks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with businesses to conduct Risk & Control Assessments following NFRM guidelines, particularly concentrating on Information Security (IS) / Information Technology (IT) risks - Analyze contextual and relevant data to determine or update risk profile, inherent risk, control environment, and residual risk ratings, coordinating with Risk Types SMEs - Participate in RCA meetings led by 1LoD to drive risk discussions and focus on key or emerging risks impacting the business - Coordinate with businesses/2LoD and provide assistance in 2LoD challenges - Prepare RCA reports, obtain business sign-offs, and document risk mitigation decisions if necessary - Deliver high-quality Global Governance decks and report trends to support senior management Qualifications Required: - CISA/CRISC or relevant security qualifications with experience in Risk & Controls and/or Internal Audit within the banking industry, specifically covering Information Security (IS) / Information Technology (IT) risks - Experience with SOX/ISO27001 control framework - Knowledge in risk management, including conducting Risk & Control Assessments, and understanding of corporate banking products, processes, and systems, with a focus on Information Security (IS) / Information Technology (IT) risks - Ability to assess the impact of control environment on inherent risk and document qualitative assessments - Strong quantitative and analytical skills for critical evaluation of information in key risk assessments - Familiarity with DB organization is a plus - Strong project management skills, proactive team partnership, influencing, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management expertise - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in automating tasks in Excel for improved efficiency is a plus Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.,
