We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Transition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and executing infrastructure transition projects. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.
o Lead and manage infrastructure transition projects from initiation to completion.
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
o Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
o Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
