Roles and Responsibilities Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students. Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates. Ensure compliance with day care regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in teaching or related field (day care/nursery/preschool). Strong knowledge of Montessori methodology or early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
