**Job Title:** Data Logger Installation Technician (Fresher) **Location:** Delhi, India **Company:** Esenz Innovations **Job Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Installation Technician (Fresher)** to join our field operations team in Delhi. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Esenz data loggers at client sites. This is a field-based role ideal for diploma holders in Electrical or Electronics engineering who are eager to build a career in energy monitoring systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist in the installation and commissioning of Esenz data loggers at various client locations.- Perform basic wiring, sensor setup, and network configuration under supervision.- Conduct initial testing and diagnostics to ensure functional performance.- Support documentation of installation activities and site-specific configurations.- Coordinate with the technical support team for troubleshooting.**Required Qualifications:**- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (fresher candidates are welcome).- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and instrumentation.- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for field assignments.- Good communication and teamwork skills.**Preferred Qualifications:**- **Working knowledge of RS-485 communication protocols** is an added advantage.- Familiarity with Modbus or similar industrial protocols.**What We Offer:**- Hands-on learning experience with cutting-edge energy monitoring solutions.- Opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven company passionate about technology and sustainability.- Supportive team culture and on-the-job
